**KILL "//filename//"** \\
Deletes the //filename// you specify from the disk directory.

You must include the extension with the //filename//.

**KILL "FILE/BAS"**

**KILL "FILE/DAT:1"**

===== TECHNICAL NOTE =====
Does not clear or scrub the data sectors -- only removes the directory entry.

Add an UNKILL command to restore the directory entry and verify the sector chain.
