VDG + SAM can generate all 5 Semigraphics modes with VDG font slices.

VDGT1 + SAM can generate all 5 Semigraphics modes, but the VDG text slices are different due to font changes to allow descender characters.

GIME can generate all 5 Semigraphics modes, but the text slices available on the VDG or VDGT1 are not generated.

Deluxe CoCo, CoCoVGA and GIME-X/Z modes are not included.
